Very patient

There were few reception staff, only one person, but the service attitude was decent and actively helped to find information about German traffic regulations. (Rented in Hungary, the car might not have a parking card, but short-term parking in Germany might require one, so he printed the relevant information and explained it to me, also telling me how to handle any issues that might arise.)

The location is very easy to find, and there are quite a few staff members. The efficiency is relatively high for Europe. The car condition is average, somewhat old.

The rental location in Budapest conveniently had a car from Prague available for me, saving me over 100 euros in one-way rental fees. The return location at Prague airport was easy to find; an employee checked the car in less than 5 minutes and we were on our way. Very efficient service.

The car was upgraded to a Mercedes series, very new and in excellent condition.

The pickup staff were friendly and attentive, making the vehicle exchange quick and easy.

all cars are well maintained. we got an upgrade. all (including cleaning fluid for the window) was in place.

I reserved a Volvo XC60, but ended up with a BMW X4 instead of an X3. QEEQ does not have the option to select the X4.
