Very good, the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic.

The process was extremely quick. After completing the paperwork, you can directly take the car keys and drive off; when returning the car, simply hand over the keys and the driving documents and you're done. The car we rented had only been driven about 3,000 kilometers, which was excellent, and it was an intelligent driving model that made highway driving much easier!

The three staff members were busy and appeared professional, but on closer examination, the process was actually cumbersome and not as quick as Sixt or Europcar.

This car model is more suitable for a self-driving trip for two people, with fuel consumption of less than 4 liters. Overall, the cost-performance ratio is quite high.

This car rental company is highly efficient with excellent service. There are no unnecessary fees recommended, the pickup and drop-off are quick, and the cars offer great value for money.
