The front desk staff were friendly and humorous, offered reasonable upselling, and maintained a pleasant attitude even when declined. The staff handling car pickup and return were professional and provided clear explanations.
Overall pretty good. Picking up the car took a lot of time, but returning it was very convenient. The car was easy to drive. Also, I'm glad I rented a GPS—it was a great help. It cost around $20 per day, which is a bit pricey.
