The queue at AVIS was rather long, likely because it's a large platform with good reputation. The customer service attitude was acceptable, but they added roadside assistance insurance without informing me. I only discovered this after checking my credit card statement following a car exchange. However, I had already purchased full coverage insurance during the booking process.
The car rental service at Salt Lake City Airport is very convenient, and returning the car is also hassle-free. As a large company, there are plenty of staff, making the process quick.
The overall experience was great. The provided Mazda CX-9 had excellent power. We chose a long stretch of mountainous road on the way to Grand Teton, and the car handled turns and acceleration without any issues, exceeding expectations.
