We used Yesaway for both the North and South Islands. The prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent.

They give clear instructions proactively and response timely. Only thing is the finance part made me a bit concern that they didn't receive the funding from Qeeq in time and double charged me on additional driver fee and requested me to get refund back from Qeeq. This might be internal process between Yesaway and Qeeq to be improved. Too troublesome for me to work on the refund between the 2 companies.

The service was excellent, and they provided car pick-up and drop-off services.

The car provided was not the same model, but the rental company stated it was of the same class. Overall, it was pretty satisfactory.

There was a small chip on the windshield during the return, but luckily I purchased full coverage insurance, so no extra payment was needed. Returning the vehicle was as simple as signing the paperwork. The overall driving experience was excellent.

Overall, it's okay. Everything else was great, except that I had to wait at the airport for 40 minutes even though they said they'd arrive in 10 minutes.

The rental company staff provided excellent service, customer support responded promptly, the store made pickup and drop-off convenient, and they offered free airport transfers. Highly recommended.
