The staff was quite inattentive during pickup and drop-off.

The whole process was really quick. I asked them specifically for Ford Explorer because I wanted to check that car and they had one available so overall great experience I only had the rental for less than 24 hours.

I reserved a Ford Focus, but it was unavailable on-site and was replaced with a Kia Rio instead, which felt like a downgrade in terms of features. The most frustrating part was that they didn’t mention the car switch when handling the paperwork, and it was only explained after I noticed it in the parking lot.

You need to adjust to the efficiency of Arabic staff.

Since it was already evening when I arrived, there was no one at the store. I quickly submitted the documents and authorized the deposit with my card. It was done in 10 minutes. Then, as instructed, I went to the parking lot with the receipt to pick up the car. The vehicle was relatively new, from 2023, and had only run for a little over 8,000 km when I got it.

Overall service was good, but not sure why the speeding fine was charged extra by several Dubai dirhams.

Overall good. They gave us a three-door car. Dubai just had heavy rain, and many cars were damaged.

Overall service was mediocre. There was a long queue at the store for car pickup, and the staff even allowed other Arab customers to cut in line. After completing the paperwork, you need to go to the first floor to find the car rental parking lot. Just follow the signs in the lobby, and you'll find it. Upon arriving at the rental parking lot, you need to locate the company's counter. The counter was often unattended, and when staff did appear, they allowed Arab customers to cut in line again. In contrast, counters of other rental companies nearby always had one or two staff members present. The quality of the car was decent. The Expedition had a very spacious interior, and many Arab customers also seemed to drive similar large SUVs. The car had about 50,000 kilometers on it, but the model appeared relatively new. It was equipped with navigation, Bluetooth, and a touch screen. Although there were many scratches on the body, they didn't affect driving performance.
