The staff were very friendly and most helpful on pick up and the whole process was smooth with no issues. And drop off was easy to find and key drop off box was easy to see as it was 4am before the airport location opened.

The whole process was easy and smooth and had no issues throughout the whole process. They were very communicative with any updates and instructions on where to go for pick up and what to do for drop off outside of business hours.
My flight was delayed and National was already closed when I arrived. An Alamo employee handled the situation, but I had to wait in line. I had reserved a car seat but waited for several dozen minutes before it was arranged.
