Pretty good experience. Initially, I was given an old GMC AT4 with a small size and loud noise while driving. After calling customer service, they immediately agreed to a replacement. I selected another car at LA airport, and I was quite satisfied.
Overall pretty good. I managed to get my ideal car after some negotiation. The sales staff will try to upsell, but experienced drivers can simply refuse.
