We picked up the car in Seattle and drove all the way to Yellowstone, heading north into Canada. Near Jasper, we hit an animal, and the car was damaged and couldn’t continue. Fortunately, we had purchased roadside assistance insurance, and the rental company staff was available 24/7 to assist. Although we waited for rescue in the cold wind for most of the day and had to communicate several times, considering the remote mountainous location, the incident was handled relatively smoothly. QEEQ also helped coordinate with the rental company. Overall, we were satisfied with the service!

The waiting time for picking up the car was too long. Other than that, everything else was fine. The processes for picking up, exchanging, and returning the car were all simple and convenient.

The staff was nice. There was some upselling during the car pickup process, but I didn't buy anything.
