The car rental service is very professional.

Not friendly to Chinese customers. When it was our turn, we clearly saw two Westerners cut in line ahead of us, but they were still served. Then, we were told they never had the Mini Countryman we reserved. They forced us to purchase insurance, saying they don't recognize the booking from Zuzuche, and charged 36 euros per day for it. The queue was incredibly long, and it took us an hour to pick up the car. However, returning the car was convenient.

They try to upsell expensive models. Stick to your chosen car, no need to pay more. Bought full insurance, firmly refused to pay extra.

In the end, they didn’t even have the model I booked and gave me an SUV instead, which caused me a lot of trouble because the roads in Mallorca are extremely narrow, and the parking spaces are very small.
