The car provided was very new and well-equipped. I rented a compact automatic car, and they gave me a Toyota CHR hatchback with a hybrid system. The trunk space was large enough to fit two 24-inch suitcases without any problem. Very good experience!

The car pickup process was relatively smooth, but the staff at the Zurich counter clearly had a much worse attitude towards people of color.

Pick-up process was convenient, staff attitude was good. However, I rented a BMW X3 but was provided with a Mercedes GLC300de. The vehicle was relatively new, with less than 10,000 kilometers on the odometer, but the trunk was quite small, only able to fit three small suitcases. The return process was swift; the inspection staff simply walked around the vehicle and said everything was fine, and the deposit was refunded within an hour. A reminder for everyone: Swiss roads can be quite tricky. They are narrow, have sharp bends, and drivers tend to go fast and aggressively. There are many speed limits, restrictions, and mobile cameras enforcing them, with frequent incidents of concealed enforcement. Self-driving tours may not be very friendly here. Road restrictions change quickly and often, so it's crucial to drive carefully.

The service was excellent. The originally booked BMW 5 Series broke down, and they initially offered me a BMW 3 Series. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, they upgraded me to a Lexus RX450 SUV with only 1,880 kilometers driven.
