There was a bit of upselling, but just decline and it's fine. Both pick-up and drop-off were very quick. The car was in excellent condition and had only 8,000 miles on it.

“Great car, bur costly upgrade fee from Hertz for one with built-in SatNav.”

Car had a built in SatNav which was essential, but the upgrade was $280 ($20 dollars per day), over half again the $440 we paid QEEQ for the original booking.
