Overall it's fine, the car is in decent condition. However, purchasing insurance at the counter is very expensive. Consider carefully whether to buy online or at the counter.
Picked up the car at Seville Airport, staff were very friendly. The car was an almost new hybrid with only 280km on it. There was an unexpected mechanical failure, but the roadside assistance and subsequent car replacement services were very timely and efficient. This incident, although disruptive, made me feel that Hertz is very reliable.
