Communication in English was a bit challenging. Although I informed the staff that I had purchased full insurance and showed proof, they still seemed unsure. Overall, it was not bad.

I ordered ETC card for passing toll gate but they said not available or something I don't understand from their staff speaking.

The car rental company staff mostly spoke English, so communication wasn't an issue. They were courteous and enthusiastic. The car process was very quick, only took ten minutes.
