The vehicle is brand new and has a spacious rear. We managed to fit two 28-inch suitcases, a 20-inch suitcase, and a large handbag perfectly. The staff explained everything very clearly and were extremely polite! The rental company processed our order quickly without any extra charges! We're very satisfied with their service attitude! This experience added so much enjoyment and comfort to our trip!

The service was excellent and explanations were detailed. Adding mutual contacts before pickup made the process smoother. The customer service even helped with a Japanese translation to contact the hotel and resolve an accommodation issue. Truly grateful!

The day before picking up the car, they contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm the time and location again, which was very considerate. I mentioned in advance that I wanted to delay the pickup by an hour, and it was no problem.

New car in good, clean condition. If the office can open earlier than 8am will be good as need to rush to catch 10am flight. Office is near domestic airport so need to rush to International airport to return car. They don’t allow to return at International airport

Overall is fine, but the 2 female staff that serve me not so professional and lack of smile, maybe is because of communication in English not so fluent for them. Example when I pick up the car they should ask me or give me the foreigners on driving sticker instead I ask for it. The rest everything was smoothly done.
