Awesome car rental service! The car condition and service were both top-notch. As discussed earlier, Mr. Peng picked us up from the airport and took us to the rental location, which was just about a ten-minute drive away. The process was super quick. Definitely choosing them again next time and highly recommend!

No deposit required, the process is simple and efficient, and you can pick up the car at the store. Very attentive, they were concerned about whether our luggage was placed properly, helped attach signs for foreign drivers, and provided recommendations for discounts on fuel and dining.

Communication via WhatsApp was simple and straightforward. Pickup required waiting for a shuttle (on the 14th). The return location was at Hello, accessible via a small road, and following GPS directions is essential. Ensure to return the car with a full tank and keep the receipt.

Though the van itself had issues and had to be replace midway through our trip, the customer service at M7 was excellent. When we first picked up our van, Gus offered us umbrellas to use throughout out rental time in case of rain. Then when we had car trouble he took responsibility for it and replace our van with a new one the next morning. Gus was excellent to work with.

Very good. The Taiwanese service provider is much simpler than Times and also much cheaper. The car models are great. I hope they can offer more Mazda convertibles. It's a pity I couldn't rent one.

The rental route suggested by online users is totally accurate! After exiting the airport, walk for 2 minutes to 11B. The staff will give you a number tag, and a free shuttle bus will take you to the office.
