Extremely satisfied. I've rented cars all over the world many times, and this was my first time renting in Japan. The service provided by this company was impeccable—the staff were highly responsible and promptly responsive. Lack of communication between staff. There is no relevant record for the change of car. The instructions for picking up the car are not the same as when returning the car.

Absolutely highly recommended. Before renting, I didn't know that small cars cannot use the pass for certain roads. The staff calculated the cost difference between upgrading to a medium-sized car that can use the pass and continuing with the small car, including the toll fees for highways. They also clearly explained the additional costs of upgrading to a medium-sized car, allowing me to make an informed choice. The entire process took only ten minutes. The staff was very familiar and efficient with the rental process. If I rent a car again in the future, I will definitely use this service.

I got the car not my booked model Suzuki Baleno and they gave me another model Suzuki Maruti vehicle body height too high. It can't get into the car park elevator when check-in hotel.
