1. Upon collecting your luggage at Queenstown Airport, follow the airport signs directing you to Transfer/Locker area. After exiting the Departure Gate, walk straight ahead for 20 meters to the corner on your right. You will see green signs indicating "Transfers." Please call us at +64 21 199 3456 from this location, and our shuttle will arrive within 15 minutes. Look out for our white Mini Bus with the EZU CAR RENTAL logo on the windows. 2. If you have already exited from the Arrival Gate, please do not cross the Pedestrian. Proceed straight to the Departure Gate and look for Transfer signs.     There is no service to speak of. The staff, who are Chinese, are clueless about everything. When the vehicle was damaged, they just wanted to collect money and knew nothing about after-sales service, shirking responsibility. It felt like dealing with an 80s state-owned enterprise, completely indifferent. After charging me 2000 NZD for car damage, they said they would provide an invoice and other evidence via email after the car was repaired. When I returned to my country, no one contacted me, which was almost a month and a half later. It was only resolved after I contacted the customer service of the car rental platform and provided evidence. This Chinese-owned car rental company headquartered in Christchurch has an appalling attitude, especially the female Chinese staff. I sincerely hope that all car rental customers avoid being fooled.

    This would have to be the worst car rental experience that I have ever experienced having rented cars in most continents. I will recommend everyone NOT renting from EZU. Firstly, it took well over 30 mins for the van to pick us up from the airport. Then the car given to us was over 10 years old and had over 210k kms on the clock. We picked the car up at night. Inside the car was a mess and I didn’t even want to sit in the car as it was filthy with 10 years of grime on the inside.. The rental form had that there were no defects on the car and given that we couldn’t see at night we looked the next morning. It would be lucky if any panels of the car weren’t scratched. We could barely get the car over 80 kms per hour and the car would then start to shake making the car very unsafe. We called the office to complain about these things and never got a return phone call. Having rented a lot of cars over the world, I am sorry to say that this is by far the worst experience that I have ever had. The only positive comment is that your team didn’t try and claim damage insurance on the car when I returned.

    The rental company's office is very basic, but they speak Chinese. The service attitude is acceptable. The child's car seat is very simple, just a cushion. When returning the car, they mentioned there were marks on the windows, but they were already there and we were not charged. Overall, the process was smooth. After returning the car, they immediately took us to the airport, which was just a few minutes away, saving us the trouble of finding the departure gate.
