Paid for full coverage on the spot so I didn’t have to leave the €1300 deposit, which was great — drove totally worry-free. They even upgraded the car to a brand-new SUV for free, it only had about 200km on it. The semi-automatic hybrid was super economical, only around 6L per 100km on the highway.

The process of pick up was convenient and quick. The personal was friendly and nice. Office was far from airport (about 10-15 min) than we expected. Was shuttle, but we spent many time to find it because there was any pointer. The shuttle driver was very nice to. Deposit for petrol was refunded within 1 day.

The booking platform was good and convenient. We save 80 ero due to price drop option. I didn't like that it was not impossible to cancel extra insurance without canceling all the reservation.
