Like: The car was much bigger and spacier than ordered, which was a very positive experience.
Dislike: The car was not washed properly when I picked it up. On the other hand, the dust is so pervasive it didn't even matter.

Yes I had a rebooking but I already had the paperwork with the old booking and booking number ; The counter staff didn’t recognise the old number ( panic) But I searched my emails and showed the latest booking ( bingo)… Could anything be done to connect the two?
