The rental process was very convenient, and the staff were welcoming. This experience was much better than the one I had in the UK.

I rented a car that was less than a month old and had only driven 1,700 kilometers. The car was very clean inside and out when I picked it up. Returning the car took less than a minute. I'll choose Hertz for my next trip and hope their service is as good in other countries.
