When I arrived, an elderly lady told me that it's illegal not to buy it in Los Angeles. I directly replied, 'I just want to break the law, is that not allowed?' She was speechless afterward.

They cancelled my confirmed reservation and left no voicemail and sent no email. They suggested I take Lyft.
