Horrible customer service With Hertz

Very satisfied.

Overall satisfactory, had to queue at New York airport for the staff to bring each car over, which took some time. The car was very new, only a few thousand kilometers, easy to drive, and returning the car was convenient. Overall a good experience.

Overall, it was quite good. I initially had some trouble finding the pick-up location but later realized it was actually quite obvious. The car pick-up process went smoothly. They did try to sell me some extras, but when I declined, they didn't push further, although they didn't look too happy about it. I had booked a Ford Focus but received a Kia that looked like a mini Cooper instead. I didn't mind as long as it worked. Returning the car was very smooth; the staff in charge of the return were very nice and made it a pleasant experience, making me feel like I would definitely come back next time.

Both the Hertz representative and the vehicle exceeded my expectations.

The platform was very user friendly.

Was ov er charged claiming I returned the vehicle last however I returned the vehicle early. Was also charged a fuel surcharge when in fact I returned the vehicle with more fuel than when I picked up the vehicle
