Excellent experience

Not bad, they did try to sell me insurance. I told them I already bought full coverage, and they didn't insist.

There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the rental company, which is very convenient. Once you get off, you can go straight to the counter to complete the formalities, and the process is very fast, taking about five minutes per person. They simply asked if the car would be returned with a full tank, without trying to upsell anything. The most noteworthy incident during this car rental was that the car window was smashed on the second day, and my backpack was stolen. Fortunately, all valuables and important documents had been safely stored and were not stolen. After calling the police, the officers who arrived on the scene handled the case efficiently. It seemed like they were used to car window smashings and treated it as routine. The staff at the supermarket entrance even took me to another spot to see the shattered glass from the smashed car window, and they seemed very calm about the whole situation.

Overall it was okay. It might have been due to our limited English proficiency, but we didn't hear the rental company mention anything about changing cars, so we were a bit confused when picking up the car.

Pretty good

The only issue with this reservation was Hertz @ Pit Airport did not have the reservation in there system. They inform me the reservation was booked at there other location on the other side of the airport.
