Good rental experience

The process went smoothly. I bought insurance in advance, and the store did not push for additional purchases. However, there were no snow tires or similar equipment. Be careful when driving in snowy areas like Banff. The car was in great condition, so it was safe to drive in the snow.

Located near the airport with clear signage, and the process was straightforward.

The company offers excellent service and convenience. Picking up the car was easy without any requirement to upgrade the car model, and the vehicle was new. When I inquired about the car's RPM, they were very patient and experienced, providing precise guidance and reassuring us that everything was fine. The issue was resolved quickly by the second day, making the rest of the journey smooth and enjoyable. Returning the car was also quick and hassle-free. I will definitely use this company again. Don't opt for overly cheap rental companies as they can lead to unpleasant experiences. Renting and returning the car at the airport was great, especially since their working hours are long. We rented the car at around 9 PM, for two days, and returned it around 8 PM without any wasted time.

The Chevrolet Epica is quite good. We drove it daily in Vancouver and used only $20 worth of gas in three days. It's inconvenient without a car, but having one is quite nice. The only downside is that parking can be expensive.
