The store's staff were very friendly. You can choose the car yourself, show the order form at the door, and when returning, just bring it to the return area entrance. The reception staff inspected the car, gave a receipt, and that's it. I purchased the fuel service, so I could return the car directly.

A great choice, excellent

Lincoln Navigator was not available. I was offered GMC Denali which stink with cigarettes, so I had to refuse it. After that I was offered even smaller GMC Yucon, which is pretty much Chevy Tahoe. I was after 16h flights with my tired family standing in 33C heat, so I didn't want to go back to the desk and argue... Overall not happy, as I could get Chevy Tahoe for the 60-70% price of what I had to pay and ended up with a smaller and simpler car that was showing OIL CHANGE every time when started.
