Thrifty are the best.

The staff at the store were very nice. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after their working hours, but after we called in advance, the staff immediately agreed to wait for our flight and process the paperwork for us.

Extremely satisfied.

The car was already reserved for us.

Very smooth process, always is via Sydney airport. The lady I dealt with on pick up was very friendly and efficient, but on walking in to the office I felt noone really wanted to look up initially, wasn't exactly a great first impression, but as I said, the lady I dealt with was lovely.
