Interrent at Montpellier Airport

Their office is very difficult to find, but the personnel was very kind and even waited for me outside office hours after my flight was severely delayed.

Car was perfect for our needs. Great customer service.

Didn't appreciate, on pickup, the hard selling tactics of additional insurance and threats around penalties for damage or not refuelling the car on return. Stating that prices are cheap because there's an expectation that additional sales will be made on pickup made you feel you were being cheated. Ignoring all that, the car provided was in good condition and caused no problems.

To tell you the truth,the services was very bad,the gave me a very duty car in and out,I ask why is duty the told me that there are to busy to wash. No single drops of water on the screen watch, I have to stop by the first petrol station to buying my self to refill on. I don't not sure to be return with easyrentcar. Very bad customers services.

Like: The price is very good and the staff was friendly.
Dislike: The pick up time was a bit long.
