Almost a perfect score apart from the administration fees.

Excellent service from pick-up to paperwork. Truly heartfelt and great.

Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!

The staff was 15 minutes late to pick us up, didn't apologize, and only half-lowered the window to talk. She seemed indifferent as if we owed her money. Communication through WeChat was also indifferent, but she was very proactive when it came to charging the card.

Great value for money

Exterior of the car not in good condition. All scratches were noted but there was a lot of abuse to the vehicle despite being only 55k in the clock. I have extended the same car for another month directly for a slightly higher fee but with a 2nd driver included. EasyRentCars will be my go to choice from now on.
