Very satisfied, upgraded the car model for an additional fee, smooth communication.

We didn't check thoroughly at the start. After four to five days of driving, the weather got hot, and we found the air conditioning wasn't working. After reporting to customer service, their staff gave us a replacement vehicle (which took a six-hour round trip). Really appreciated their effort! Great service! Thank you!

The contract has hidden clauses and charges high service fees. They secretly deduct from the pre-authorization after returning the car. This is a very dishonest car rental company.

Language was a small problem when talking on the phone. Address for the return is incorrect on the website/confirmation for return, staff member did say to return to collection point but didn't emphasise that it was different to confirmation text. Also staff had no idea where closest petrol station was to refill prior to return....told to google it!

All good. Discount offers are in USD & I am in Australia so of no use!
