Excellent service from pick-up to paperwork. Truly heartfelt and great.

We spent 8 days in Melbourne. The car was pretty good. There were basically no issues. The staff were also nice. Even on Christmas Eve, they were still serving us. It felt great. We can continue to use their services.

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR

The car exceeded our expectation. Even though we broke down in a small town, they were really quick to replace the car with a good replacement. It was a quick pick up and drop off service. I will definitely go back to them for my next trip.

Their response is bad. I tried to call them to ask for the photos ofthe damaged part at the back of the van because I forgot to take photos. They said that I have to send email. I didn’t get any responses until now.
