Very fair price for a new model rental

The car pickup was slow, only one person was processing, and there was no explanation when we switched cars.

My only criticism was that the Vancouver was way understaffed!! Fortunately I ran to be first in line at when the shuttle dropped off, but there was only one person at the desk. Longer line to pick up was noted when I dropped off. Vancouver location quite odd--an old chinese restaurant with booths still n place.

Horrible company! Terrible service, staff rude and very unhelpful - creating problems for customers, ridiculous restrictions on cars. Waiting time was painfully long. I understand busy companies but waiting 2 hours in a queue is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!! I'm honestly surprised this company still exists..? Puzzled about that! I highly advise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The upgrade was fantastic and appreciated! The check in process was a little lengthy due to the business and what looked to be a new location and set up. We’ve rented via Routes many times and will continue to do so.

Like: I was surprised what that I paid so little for a good car. Everyone else was 2 times as expensive.
Dislike: Nothing
