The white representative was very helpful; African American and Latino staff were not as accommodating.

There are plenty of staff at the airport counter, so despite the number of renters, I didn't have to wait long. Returning the car was easy with the airport signs, and staff were available immediately upon arrival. Everything went smoothly. Due to a change in my trip, I extended the rental by two days with a quick phone call. The service was good.

Amazing Service!

I loved the Ford Fiesta - it was comfortable and clean. Easier to operate a/c and radio than previous rentals.

Like: Comfortable for all 6 of us.
Dislike: The sat nav we purchased when we ordered from the UK was a) not necessary as the car had one so we spent money we did not need to and b) the sat nav we paid for was not up to date.
