I’m not going to be renting from dollar again

It was very crowded that day, and the pick-up process was extremely slow. Initially, they gave me a K4, but I mentioned that this felt like a downgrade and I was worried it wouldn't fit all my luggage. The staff member, a friendly guy, immediately offered to check if there was an SUV available and upgraded me to a Nissan Rogue for free.

Very convenient, perfect for a road trip.

They were trying to upsell me on everything and the counter guy told me I was taking huge personal responsibilities on everything with me not buying their extra everything insurances when I did end up having lots included which was more than a bit weird.

Like: The price was the best price I could find online. I was skeptical since I've never heard of this car rental website in the past. I rented from San Jose airport and it was fast, easy and friendly service (I chose Dollar). I was so impressed with the rate of the car I will go first to easyrentcars.com next time and nowhere else!
Dislike: The only hesitation I would have in the future is that I had to pay in full before the trip. My travel changes often, so I'd be hesitant to pay in advance if my trip wasn't 100% confirmed. Otherwise, It was wonderful!
