The car pickup process was smooth, without any attempts to upsell insurance. The staff were very friendly. However, the reserved car model was not provided, and I got a Jeep instead. Still, the car was quite new and in great condition, so it was not a big issue.

The service from the Americans was fine, but the waiting time for the car was a bit long. The car model specified in the app doesn't really match the one you get at the store. The store assigns cars based on their class, not the model. So, I booked a Chrysler 300C but ended up with a Premium Car category, with three or four options but not the model I wanted. I eventually got a Mustang. The app didn't provide the car I wanted, which is frustrating!

Convenient, fast service, and they even provided a business car to take us to a nearby hotel.

I left my iPad in the car, trying to contact with them to get it back but I have heard nothing yet. Please make it easier for lost and found items to get it back maybe? So far still didn’t get any answer or attention from the staff.
