The staff at the parking lot were quite nice. There was a big guy with glasses who helped us with our luggage and placed it in the trunk. Since the trunk of the GLA was too small, we asked if we could switch cars. After some back and forth, we ended up sticking with the GLA and put another large suitcase in the front passenger seat. His attitude was very friendly and patient despite the hassle. Another staff member, wearing a yellow vest, helped us with the child seat we rented. He patiently demonstrated how to use it and, after realizing the buckle was not secure, put in a lot of effort to re-fasten it securely. We are very grateful to these two staff members! Service needs improvement: Information about fuel type, emergency contact, and return procedures was only provided upon request. When the customer expressed unfamiliarity with the parking lot, they were only accompanied to the car after requesting it. During the rental period, one day they received a parking fine for overtime parking. Worried about communication issues over the phone, they drove to the rental counter at the airport to seek assistance. The first staff member they encountered was indifferent, and even after finding another staff member, who was too busy, they could not get proper guidance. Feeling helpless, they sought help at the parking lot where a staff member kindly explained the parking and payment details. They were very grateful to that staff member, but overall, the rental company’s service was lacking. The refund time for the deposit was also not communicated. There was no emergency service in Chinese, which was inconvenient for Chinese customers.

Car was great, disappointed that they tried to charge us extra for an extra driver. I've never had that before and if there was going to be an extra charge that should have been transparent either on your site or theirs.

Quite pricey for just a basic car, but I guess that's how things go over the Xmas season! Overall, the service was great though. The car was nearly brand new and ran well - exactly what I needed.
