Pickup and return were very convenient, with clear signage at the airport for returning the car. Great service!

The attitude of the black female receptionist was very poor. She insisted on giving us a significantly inferior model, a small Corolla. After we firmly refused, her attitude worsened, and she told us to wait indefinitely for our reserved car. We continued to assert our rights, and she finally provided a small local-brand SUV, which was still much lower than the model we had booked. The car had collisions and noticeable scratches, and they had no record of these. When we reported this, the female receptionist was about to finish her shift and refused to handle it. We approached another male receptionist, whose attitude was equally bad, claiming he could do nothing. Eventually, an Asian gentleman stepped in to assist us and gave us a Peugeot 3008, but it was also below the category we had reserved. By this time, it was over an hour past our scheduled pickup time.

I got allocated different car and Avis staff said that they made a mistake and allocated wrong car. Why would I pay extra money for luxury car if I would get average SUV car at the counter. I had to wait over one hour to get the proper car as it was needed to be cleaned. After returning the car, I got a receipt, but on bank statement I got over charged which I haven’t heard from Avis, so I had to send an email to the customer service and I haven’t received any email.

Like: Not much to tell actually, all went smoothly and well. I have not had a hire car in 15 years so i was not sure what to expect ... well I did expect some complications but there were none. The Avis operator behind the counter was experienced and knew what he did ... a rare occurrence these days!
Dislike: Could not really think of anything...
