This was a great rental experience. Wonderful service and a great car.

It was very good. We were 4 people with 4 big luggage and had a great car (Jeep Wrangler) to support us all, at a fair price.

Everything was ok, the only one major issue we had was we were under the impression that spouses were able to drive as well without an extra charge, and they charged us for that.

Everything with the booking platform was good nice and smooth

The shuttle service from Vancouver airport to Routes was not good. I called 3 times over the course of an hour to ask about when a shuttle vehicle would be coming. When it finally arrived there was a large crowd needing a ride to Routes and only a small vehicle able to carry maximum 4-5 people. It was difficult to figure out who was there first. You need more frequent shuttles based on your bookings and bigger shuttle vehicles to accommodate more than a single person per booking.

The car and staff were great. Polite, professional and informative. Job well done.
