Good, but long wait and expensive.

QEEQ's service is excellent, but the car rental company is quite unreliable. When I arrived at the pickup location, they told me they would replace the SUV I reserved with a sedan. I refused, explaining that I needed an SUV for my trip to Yellowstone National Park. I had previously canceled a lower-priced sedan reservation and specifically rebooked an SUV. After much back-and-forth, the staff, who were not very knowledgeable, took an hour to process the paperwork. As I went to collect the car, I saw the vehicle I'd reserved being driven away by someone else. Back at the service desk, they offered me a Jeep instead, which I declined, insisting on the Japanese SUV I had booked. After another 20 minutes, they finally gave me the correct car, which delayed my schedule by an hour and a half. QEEQ's customer service was very professional; I gave a positive review because their support team was always available and helped me apply for an extended return time. However, I encountered issues with refueling too—there were no labels indicating the type of fuel required, and neither the key nor the rental agreement mentioned it. In the end, I had to contact QEEQ customer service online, which was prompt and helpful.

We prepaid and got a Nissan Pathfinder. It's quite large, similar to a full-size SUV. There were two of us with a child, and we managed to fit two 30-inch suitcases, one small suitcase, and a stroller in the trunk. The car had some scratches and a slightly damaged front bumper when we got it. We took photos and confirmed with the counter staff that these issues were noted in their system. Before picking up the car, the counter staff tried to sell us various additional services. They also mentioned that there is only one gas station on the way to Oahu airport which usually has long queues, so we opted to return the car with a full tank. In the end, we only used half a tank of gas, and we saw two gas stations on the way back with no queues. When returning the car, make sure to navigate to Dollar Rent-A-Car and not follow the rental car return signs for the airport, as Dollar is not located inside the airport. We drove around quite a bit before finding it. Make sure to return the car early and allow some time to wait for the airport shuttle.

Tracy the pick up desk associate, was pushy and tried hard to scare us in order to sell more services and insurance which we had. She started threatening we weren’t cover for a second driver which we were and that we had to pay a daily extra fee. She was really aggressive. Dollar never again!
