No one was at the Dollar Counter at Tucson Airport. Hertz counter helped customers for 3 different rental companies, and line was very long. Vehicle was new and in excellent condition, but prices doubled this year.

Procedures are convenient, car pickup and return are easy. The service was great; we rented the car for 19 days and traveled over 6,000 miles, changing cars three times without any issues.

The first car I've got was broken. Give them a credit they fond replacement car fast enough. At the end got an additional 12% charge for... they are not sure for what. Apparently they don't list all charges on the quote. BE ADVISED!!!!!!!
