No one was at the Dollar Counter at Tucson Airport. Hertz counter helped customers for 3 different rental companies, and line was very long. Vehicle was new and in excellent condition, but prices doubled this year.

The truck was brilliant. The staff were helpful and as I was very nervous about renting abroad for the first time they really helped me feel at ease. It wasn't the driving but the pick up and drop off that worried me and the staff made that really easy
