Long wait at counter

Easy drop off

Car was not cleaned inside under passenger seat. Trunk space very small. Vehicle was not the Pathfinder as listed.

It's okay, the actual car model was different.

The process was smooth.

The vehicle was pretty badly damaged on the passenger side, obviously it had been in a minor accident. The vehicle was dark blue, in a badly lit garage, at night - no one pointed out the damage & it was not marked on the paperwork. Had I not spotted it, taken photo's & gone back to the service desk to report this damage, then i am sure I would have been held responsible. This should have been notified to me when I collected the vehicle.

Like: I got exactly the car I was told.
Dislike: I didn’t realize that it would still be too small. I should have gotten a larger car.

Convenient and efficient, with good service attitude.

Overall service was good, both car rental and return were very convenient.

Dislike: Ended up paying more than expected from what was advertised online. Also was upgraded to sales person's choice, not mine.

When renting a car, make sure to carefully inspect the vehicle's condition before heading out.

Lady at the counter of Hertz was awesome, very helpful and nice.

The car I booked was unavailable, but they upgraded me to a better model for free, which was great. However, there was a smoke smell in the car, and it would be nice to have some air freshener.
