Overall, it was great. However, on the first day, we rented a child seat, and the staff member was inexperienced. She told us that the fee would be daily without a cap, which made us worry about the cost over 50 days! We quickly bought one and they delivered it the next day, then told us there was actually a cap. This back and forth cost us time and fuel, and we ended up with an extra child seat...

Excellent service

Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!

Cheaper rental rates, but dont expect the newest car. Nonetheless, vehicle was very well maintained, very clean, and functioned perfectly during our trip. Served its purpose.

Smooth booking as always. However, the price drop protector is set a little too low, and did not trigger when prices dropped. best to manually check.

Staffs are polite and helpful. Good car condition. Pick up and drop off car were easy, fast and smooth.
