Enjoyed the Ride

Very smooth experience.

The vehicle was very old, hard to drive, felt heavy, and consumed a lot of fuel.

Our flight was delayed, so we picked up the car at 10 PM without waiting in line.

This car rental company engages in fraudulent practices. Fellow travelers, stay away!!! 1. When placing an order, I chose the option to pick up the car with a full tank and return it with a full tank. However, the company slyly added an FPO (Fuel Purchase Option) charge of $81.57 without clear communication. This $81.57 is almost the same as the $81.56 mentioned in the prepaid car rental agreement. By the way, when I picked up the car in San Francisco on 6-5, the fuel gauge was not completely full, but I let it slide. I returned the car in Los Angeles with a full tank on 6-12. 2. In the prepaid car rental order, I was informed that the one-way drop-off fee would be $81.56, but it turned out that the actual one-way fee was $75, and the FPO charge was $81.57.

The car was spotless ,drove beautifully and the staff were very pleasant and did not try to push any products onto me it was truly excellent and would definitely use them again
