Overall, it's pretty good, but there was some waiting in line. Online check-in would make it perfect.

Waited in a huge queue ( way worse at LAX but still long & slow with only 1 guy at the counter !!!) Pushed extra insurance , telling you that you don’t have enough, so it always costs more ! Car was great , easy drop off

Flight was delayed by 14 hours , Qeeq customer service responded to my email very quickly

I was initially worried because of Dollar's low ratings, but the service on site was excellent. They were very enthusiastic and there was no upselling.

The cars from Dollar are relatively old, but they work fine. They even gave us a free upgrade. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient. However, they always try to add insurance without asking, so make sure to double-check when picking up the car. QEEQ helped me communicate and get it removed, so overall, I'm fairly satisfied. There are toll roads on the East Coast of the US, and I got lost a few times. I was charged $50 when I got back home, so be careful. On the West Coast, there's only one toll at the Golden Gate Bridge.
