There was almost no queue, but since I didn't provide the arrival flight number, I picked up the car at T2 and they had to transfer the car from T1, which took half an hour.

The car rental process was straightforward, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Truly a top-notch rental company.

Hertz truly lives up to its reputation as a big brand. The service is great, and the car pickup is super convenient. The staff at the branch, an enthusiastic and efficient Black girl, marked the scratches left by the previous renter and assured me I didn't need to worry about them. They handed over the car freshly washed, and when I requested to inspect it, she said it was okay and no problem. The entire pickup process was very smooth and quick!

Good attitude, car condition is good

Car (camaro) has mechanical issues (steering/wheel alignment issues and was overdue for service by 5,000miles) meaning it was dangerous when driving on motorways above 60mph. Swapped the car at Las Vegas the next day. No customer service. Didn’t have a replacement so had to go with a four door even though we had especially booked an American muscle car for our honeymoon. Very disappointed with hertz and wouldn’t bother booking a car with them again given lack of customer service. Had a much better and smoother experience with Dollar.
