Great service!

Overall good. However, there were a lot of people at one point, and only two counters were open, so the wait time to pick up the car was a bit long. Apart from that, since it wasn't my first time, finding and collecting the car went smoothly.

The pickup location was relatively easy to find. The car condition was average, but the interior space was quite large, with a total mileage of nearly 60,000 kilometers. On the highway, there was significant noise inside the car. Midway through the trip, the engine oil low-level warning suddenly appeared, but fortunately, after turning off and restarting the car, the warning disappeared without further issues. The road system near Frankfurt Airport was quite complex, but by following the signs, we successfully located the drop-off point. The return process was smooth and hassle-free. Train tickets in Germany are very expensive, so renting a car for three people, with a one-way drop-off in a different city, allowed us to explore Leipzig along the way, stay for a night, and cover other travel expenses, all for roughly the same cost as three train tickets.

When I realized I booked a day early. they wanted to charge over $ 800 more which isn't a great experience.
