The staff's attitude was not very good. I don't know if it was just towards Chinese people or everyone, but we had to wait 5 hours to get the car!

First: The car’s braking distance was too long, and I had an accident because of it. Furthermore, the follow-up service to the accident was not transparent. I detailed the accident process, but did not receive any update on the handling result, and 500 CAD was deducted from me. At pickup, the staff urged me to buy additional insurance, or else they required a 500 CAD pre-authorization. I chose the latter, and the staff seemed to know that the car had a higher probability of accidents. Additionally, other branches did not require the purchase of extra insurance.
