I asked the counter representative about filling up on return. She said the gas station was close to the airport. It wasn't, and I didn't have time to find it after arriving back at Victoria airport. When discussing this with the present counter representatives they were extremely rude and unhlpful. I will not use Thrifty again.

Overall very satisfied. Just cross the road after exiting the airport to reach the car rental company. No waiting in line, just provide the reservation information, get a brief explanation, and take the keys.

The car was in great condition and new. However, we were required to purchase a full tank of gas, the airport tax was too high, and there was no refund for unused fuel.
