We booked a car that said it held 7 passengers. We made the decision so that the 5 of us would be more comfortable and have room for luggage. What a shock to find the seats that were considered seats 6 and 7 were not real seats - I'm not sure a two year old child could have sat in those seats. And, had we actually need the seats there would have been NO ROOM for a single bag. The advertising of a 7 passenger mini van is VERY misleading. I urge caution when booking - do not take the specs at face value.

We picked up and returned the car in Avignon, France. A small diesel Renault with over 34,000 kilometers on it that still felt almost new and was very fuel-efficient. We drove more than 2,000 kilometers without any issues.

The car I was given was NOT in the same bracket as that which I ordered - it was NOT a medium SUV !! A Renault Captur ?!?!?! Versus ordered Ford Ecosport ?!?!? Cop on ! Renault Captur is basically a super mini.

Car was fine, picking the car up was a long slow process though, especially with a 2 year old. It was quicker to board our flight. Overall happy with easyrentcars, wasn't happy with budget staff trying to sell add ons to us, which I had to advise on numerous occasions that I'd already took them out with yourselves.
