Rude and indifferent attitude

The car was great, I only needed a small car as I was by myself, it drove well and great fuel economy picking up was easy as was the drop off

On drop off, they will definitely go out of their way to find the smallest ding or scratch possible. I was charged $500+ for a tiny ding on the front bumper, even though the staff said it'd probably be around $150. Definitely not worth the cheaper car rental rate when they appear to make their money off small dings that you didn't cause.

English was not their first language - struggled with basic conversation which was frustrating. Lack of urgency to get us to check in on way home was frustrating even tho we kept them informed of our late eta.

Like: Efficiency, no hassle and value for money
Dislike: I have to get really picky here it would be that they weren't based at the Airport.
