No issues, although not very enthusiastic, they were quite responsible. However, after leaving the airport, you need to find the car rentals yourself, so plan ahead to locate it. The directions are not very clear. Before returning the car, make sure to fill up at a nearby gas station to avoid returning with an empty tank.

We picked up the car outside of business hours, and there was no Chinese service available, which made communication a bit difficult. Later, we contacted customer service and waited for more than half an hour before someone responded, which was a bit frustrating. The pickup and drop-off procedures were quite simple.

Overall satisfied. However, after the plane landed, the contact number on the 'pickup order' could not be reached. Not sure what went wrong. Eventually, I found the store's contact number through other means. It would be perfect if there were no issues with the phone number on the pickup order.

The customer service is hard to reach, with both a headquarters and stores, and they close promptly at 6 PM, making it difficult to seek service after hours. The price is indeed cheap, but the condition of the car is quite mediocre.

The reservation stated it was a 2019 car, but the actual car provided was a 2017 model (with mileage already at 190,000 km). The vehicle was in poor condition, with visible wear and tear, and the left rear light was slightly damaged. The front left headlight didn’t work either. The counter staff were indifferent—after completing the paperwork, they merely pointed to the car outside without any explanation or walkthrough. The car didn't have a phone holder, the wipers made strange noises. Fortunately, this trip was mainly within urban areas; if we had driven it to more rural places, the experience would have been nerve-wracking and stressful.
