Car rental process was fairly convenient, the vehicle was relatively new. There were a few tourists ahead of me when picking up the car, so I queued for more than ten minutes. I booked a BMW 1 Series but received a Ford Focus instead. Are the Ford Focus and BMW 1 Series even on the same level??

1. The front of the car got scratched by some dry branches on the ground. It wasn't very serious and should just need some paint touch-up, but I was charged over 800 euros, which is too much.
